Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Membership is offered on a monthly plan at $9.49 per month or an annual plan at $99.49 per year. New members start with a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time: sign in, go to your account, and follow the cancellation steps, or email info@golisey.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.
Store purchases
Prices for products are shown at checkout and may change. We may limit or cancel quantities and refuse orders at our discretion. Shipping and returns are described at checkout and in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipes or content, interfere with the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Your membership is for personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
All recipes, text, design, logos, and other content on the site are owned by GOLIS WORKS LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use.
Disclaimers
The site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipes will meet your dietary needs; please review our Disclaimer regarding nutrition and food safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLIS WORKS LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered in Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court. You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
