Return Policy

All Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. All Returns must be done with product that has not been worn or washed.

Due to the nature of the product, Glam Gowns must be returned in its original unopened packaging. 

Labels and tags still need to be attached to the item and Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. You will be credited for the purchase price of the Glam Gown, less the initial shipping charges.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. GoLisey is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Returns due to faulty product will be honored with either an exchange or a refund in full to the card that was used for the purchase.
